DAY 1: SEPTEMBER 28TH • DEPART USADepart USA for Rome, Italy via overnight flights.

DAY 2: SEPTEMBER 29TH • ARRIVAL IN ROME Benvenuti a Roma! Meet your professional Italian tour director, then board your private motor coach and transfer to the city-center of Rome. Explore the quaint neighborhood of Trastevere for lunch on your own. Celebrate Mass at Santa Maria in Trastevere followed by hotel check-in. Welcome Dinner at a local

restaurant, followed by an evening stroll through the city. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 3: SEPTEMBER 30TH • PAPAL AUDIENCE | CHRISTIAN ROME TOUR This morning attend the Papal Audience with Pope Francis (pending the Holy Father’s schedule). After lunch on your own, take a Christian Rome Tour, including St. Mary Major and St. John in Lateran, which is the Cathedral of Rome. Celebrate Mass. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to explore at leisure.

Dinner on your own and overnight in Rome.

DAY 4: OCTOBER 1ST • PNAC ORDINATION | VATICAN MUSEUMS This morning, attend the Diaconate Ordinations for the Pontifical North American College in St. Peter’s Basilica (pending final confirmations). After lunch on your own, take a guided tour of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, where you will view some of the most inspiring works of art, including Michelangelo's magnificent fresco of the Last Judgement. Conclude your visit at St. Peter’s Basilica, built above the tomb of St. Peter. The remainder of the

evening is free to explore the Eternal City on your own. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 5: OCTOBER 2ND • SAN GIMIGNANO | SIENA This morning, depart for San Gimignano, a lovely medieval town complete with old city walls and impressive towers. Perched on a hill overlooking the lush Val d’Elsa valley, the UNESCO-listed town is popular for its views, history and architecture. Admire the stunning architecture around Piazza della Cisterna and Piazza del Duomo, and Collegiata – San Gimignano’s Romanesque cathedral. Celebrate Mass. This afternoon, experience a special wine-tasting (additional

cost) to enjoy the flavors of Tuscany. Continue to Siena for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: OCTOBER 3RD • SIENA Depart for Siena. Upon arrival, celebrate a private Mass at Saint Francis Basilica in Siena, which is the site of the Eucharistic Miracle. After Mass, visit the Basilica of St. Domenico, the sites of St. Catherine of Siena and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria. Then see Piazza del Campo, one of the most beautiful squares in all of Italy.

Explore this famous Tuscan city and enjoy its culture and regional cuisine. Dinner on your own and overnight Siena.

DAY 7: OCTOBER 4TH • ASSISI This morning, depart for Assisi, the City of Peace and enjoy the local traditions for the Feast Day of St. Francis. Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary of

the Angels. Dinner and overnight in Assisi.

DAY 8: OCTOBER 5TH • ASSISI Celebrate Mass this morning at the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. Enjoy guided visits of St. Francis and the Church of St. Clare to see the cross that spoke to St. Francis and led him to a life of piety. Time to explore this quaint Umbrian town this afternoon and evening. Dinner on your own and overnight in Assisi.

DAY 9: OCTOBER 6TH • ROME | FAREWELL DINNER Depart for Rome and visit the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls. Celebrate Mass. Spend the afternoon revisiting favorite piazzas or exploring new museums

or churches. This evening, partake in a special Farewell Dinner. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 10: OCTOBER 7TH • DEPART FOR THE USA This morning check out of the hotel and depart for the Rome Airport for your flights to the USA.
