The PAIGH liaises with international organizations such as the FIG, ISO/TC211, ICA, ISPRS and GSDI. Over the past eleven years, 526 projects have been submitted to the consideration of the

Periodic and Occasional Publications of the PAIGH

Since 2004, the General Secretariat has had very positive results with the on - demand production of its periodic and occasional publications. The

PAIGH’s “José Toribio Medina” Bibliographic Fund has 231,078 titles

2013 Highlights

The 20th General Assembly (Uruguay, 2013) approved a program consisting of19 projects worth US$137,340. Six correspond to the Commission on Cartography,

4 to Geography, 3 to History and 6 to Geophysics. Two of the approved projectsare of an inter-disciplinary nature: Cartography/Geography and History/Geophysics.

All are committed to the Pan American Agenda
