STEWARDSHIP RENEWAL
We want to once again thank all who made a commitment of TIME, TALENT, and TREASURE during the 2018 Stewardship Renewal. We received a total of 335 Commitment cards (representing 54% of our parish families). As we start the new year, it is important that we begin fulfilling our commitments to the parish. If you have not yet connected with the lead for the ministry you selected, please email us at [email protected] and we will help get you connected.
STEWARDSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Next Meeting—Jan 30th, 6:00PM, Lower Hall Contact: Teresa Smith, [email protected]
THANK YOU TO ALL WHO JOINED US FOR THE WASH-INGTON STATE MARCH FOR LIFE!! No matter who is in office, we stand firm to the truth that every life has infinite value. We must let our district law-makers know that we marched on January 22nd to give witness to this truth! Your attendance at the March for Life will make a difference in our state, but only if your legis-lators know you showed up.
PLEASE CALL THE LEGISLATIVE HOTLINE AT 1-800-562-6000 and let them know that you support Bills that protect the unborn and protect the citizens of Washington state from participating in abortions and stop taxpayer funding of abortions.
LET THEM NOW THAT YOU OPPOSE THE FOLLOWING 2018 BILLS:
SB 6102—Abortion Insurance Mandate. This bill requires that any employer providing health insurance must provide abortion and contraceptive coverage with no co-pay or cost incurred by the patient. SB 6105—Free Abortions. Additionally, the state would be required to pay for abortions and other services for these elective patients, including non-US Citizens. SB 6037—Paid Surrogacy. We oppose any bill regarding surrogacy or otherwise that makes people a commodity to be bought and sold.
The PROTECT LIFE CRUSADERS are hosting the coffee hour next Sunday (Feb 4th). Please visit with us and learn how you can be a part of this ministry at The Proto-Cathedral.
Get the facts. Get involved. Be a Crusader!
