The Four World Empires The night visions of Daniel and those of John the Revelator depict the imagery of men, beasts and horns, but there’s nothing natural about them. The books of Daniel and Revelation contains the entire prophetic outline of four nations that would become world empires beginning with Babylon in Daniel’s day and ending with Rome in ours. Each nation rose to power in succession expanding their territories until their power and influence over-spread the globe, dominating lands and people in mass; and they all held the Children of Israel as captives. The first empire was Babylon under the reign of King Nebuchadnezzar. He was the head of gold; a pure metal, that represented the strength and magnitude of The Babylonian Empire that existed from 606 B. C. with the sack of Jerusalem until 536 B. C. (Daniel Chapters 1-2:32; and in Daniel 7:1-4, Babylon is represented as a great lion with eagle’s wings). The second empire was The Medo-Persian Empire (Russians and Iranians) under which Daniel was a governor. The breasts and arms were of silver (slightly inferior to gold) and was the beginning of European rule (The Time of the Gentile) that would last for 2,520 years. Capturing Babylon without a blow (while officials were banqueting), the Medo- Persian Empire existed from 536 B. C. until 332 B. C. (Medo-Persia is depicted as a bear with three ribs in his teeth: Daniel 7:5). The third empire (331 B.C.) was The Greek Empire; the hips and thighs of brass (inferior to silver). Conquering and expanding his empire in 12 years, Alexander the Great overthrew the Medes-Persians in warfare represented by the goat and ram in Daniel 8:1-27). After Alexander's death, the Greek empire was divided into four territories; each headed by one of his 4 generals (Seleucid, Ptolomy, Cassander, and Lysimachus) from 320 B. C. until 146 B. C. (In Daniel 7:6, Greece is a leopard with four heads and four wings of a foul). The Fourth Empire was Rome in 146 B.C. with legs of iron and toes of miry clay. The two legs (the division in 1154 A.D.), turning the Holy Roman Catholic church into Western and Eastern Orthodox Christianity as it is today. The fragmented toes are the various Protestant fractions that separated until the Abomination of Desolation is set up (when the Gentiles come to the full). The entire image will be smashed on the toes by a rock made without hands, Yahshua, The Christ at his coming. [In Revelation 13, a great beast with the attributes of all three animals emerges with 7 heads (the Caesars) and 10 horns and crowns (nations/kings) leading up to those of The European Union in our day) . The Four World Empires

The night visions of Daniel and those of John the Revelator depict the imagery of men, beasts and horns, but there’s nothing natural about them.

This beast receives its power from the Dragon (Satan)].
