Formula 080 Bio-Wash™ [Hospital and Laboratory] Formula 080 is an Eco-friendly multifunctional nonionic soap surfactant, degreaser and general hard-surface commercial cleaning compound to be considered for its potentially cost-effective application and soil lifting capacity. Formula 080 is ideal for use in hospitals, healthcare and laboratory facilities. Food surface safe and conforming to Halal and Kosher requirements, Formula 080 can also be used as a multifunctional kitchen and non-foaming dish detergent substitute. Making it ideal for community, voluntary or supported healthcare settings, with limited resource, cost savings achieved with one highly affective and versatile product. Developed as a non-allergenic general cleaner for chemical sensitivity and immunocompromised individuals, Formula 080’s hypoallergenic and environmentally safe properties make it the product of choice where the health and wellbeing of your facility users and staff are paramount. This highly engineered micelle surfactant provides superior cleaning characteristic, in comparison to more conventional surfactants and solvents, by breaking down long chain hydrocarbon bonds in fats, oils, sugars and grease at the ‘nano-particulate’ level. Held in a colloidal-sized (r<1000 nm) supermolecular colloid particle suspension known as micelle, even heavy oils, floor waxes, carbons and bio-contaminants can be removed without effort or surface damage.

Efficacy testing against a number of common human and zoonotic pathogens is currently being conducted; results will be made available on the next reprise of this Technical Data Sheet. Potential Applications Formula 206-1x may be considered for use as a multi-purpose cleaner for all hard surfaces, carpets and soft furnishings. Optimum cleaning performance is typically achieved with dilutions, ratios of 1:10 to 1:30, either by spray bottle or damp cloth, pressure wash carpet and hard floor cleaning machines. Ideal for food preparation surfaces, for heavy oils, grease of biological waste, a dilution ratio of 1:5 is suggested. Please note Formulas 080 is designed as a low foaming product and will not foam as conventional detergents or soap cleaners, in glass or other automatic washers a 1:10 solution is suggested in the first instance, or a concentrate mix of (60ml) 2oz in a cup of water for typical 4 cu ft capacity laundry machine. We recommend you consult with your Natural Soap Formulas representative prior or machine manufacturer instructions as to suitability and any warranty perquisites. Natural or luxury interior surfaces, such as leather, marble wood veneer or painted or varnished wood surfaces, should be cleaned with a 1:30 dilution and wiped clean with a dry cloth to avoid damage or loss of natural patina. Formula 206-1x is also available in a pre-diluted ready to use (RTU) form for clients who prefer the convenience and ease of use. Please consulate your Natural Soap formulas representative for dispensing options and volume requirements. Product Safety, Handling and Storage Although no special precautions are required in the use of this product, customers are advised to review the latest Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and label for product safety information, safe handling instructions, and use of personal protective equipment if necessary for state, federal or country regulations, and any special storage conditions required for safety. Product SDS is available online or from your Natural Soap Formulas representative. For product storage and handling procedures to maintain the product quality within our stated specifications, please consult with your representative. Properly stored our products have a viable storage life of 10-15 years. Use of other compounds in conjunction with our products may require additional precautions, as well as limiting storage life. Please review and follow the safety information provided by the manufacturer of such other materials.
