Of the executives surveyed in Deloitte’s 2017 Global Human Capital Trends, 80% believed that focusing on “employee experience” was important. The leading companies such as GE and Adobe add C-level positions to focus on their employee experience. The third edition HR Directors Summit Shanghai was organised with its theme “Forge a comprehensive employee experience to drive ROI”. 121 elites and 16 speakers from leading companies attended the event. Chatbot Henk-E can engage and convert the candidate as the connector between candidate and employer: handles enquires – directs traffic, describes company culture, creates momentum, converts “enquirer” to applicant.
