Designed to pick up small objects. This can be used for vacuum of for packaging equipment, as well as for manufacturing and inspection of semiconductors as with die holders and IC handlers.

1. Makes no scratch on devices.2. Easy replacement by sharing the holder insert part.3. Devices can be definitely sucked and attached or removed.

Although the tip of Mini Suction Cup is selectable depending on size and shape of device, holder insertion part has only 2 types to select, and used in common, to provide easy insertion and replacement of this product.To suck, use it while applying air pressure.To remove, stop the air pressure.The surface of the suction portion of the mini suction cups is treated with satin finish, providing easy device removal.The material of RBTR and RBTS is NBR Nitrile Rubber (Nitrile Rubber) and can suck (convey) with no scratch on devices.The material of SCTR and SCTS is silicon rubber and excels in chemical, heat, low temperature and weather resistance.
