Washing dirty crates, buffering and supplying them to productionThis application washes, stacks and buffers returned crates.
The required types of crates are automatically supplied on
production’s demand.
Sorting crates per store This application assembles store orders by sorting crates at a
speed of more than 3,000 crates per hour. One or more
weighing/labelling lines could be included in the supply to
the sorting line to label so-called ‘blank’ products.
Weighing and labellingWe also supply applications to weigh and label fresh meat
that is packed in crates, boxes or cartons.

Our approach From analysis to the right conceptDeciding on the right logistic concept is often a critical first
step. In order to determine the right concept, we identify and
define the production process, production volumes and product
range. Applying the principles of lean manufacturing, we
examine whether these processes could be optimized. Following
this analysis we determine the ideal logistic concept. We then
base our logistic system layout on the chosen concept,
including various optional alternatives. Besides detailing a
proposal for the physical specifications, we also define the
corresponding automation and information technology.
System integrationWe will integrate third-party systems, if required, in order to
implement the ideal concept. All our solutions are delivered
turnkey, including electrical installation and automation.

Order picking for crates
We have a range of order picking concepts. Which concept
suits your company best, depends on various factors. Such as
the number of items, the volume, crate order units or consumer
units, and the method of delivery to the buyer, e.g.
per item or per store.
Crate order picking using robots For order picking in crates. In the example, on pages 6 & 7,
uniform stacks of crates are supplied from the warehouse.
The robot allocates the crates to store spaces. The robot
places a full store stack onto the discharge conveyor.
Crate order picking using high-speed crate sorterAlso suitable for order picking in crates. In the example, on
pages 6 & 7 uniform crate stacks are unstacked from the
warehouse (in varying stack heights). The smaller stacks are
sorted at high speed, e.g. per store. This solution can be built
to include a labelling station to label the end products as
they are dispatched.
Zone pickingZone picking is where products are picked from stock crates
and collected in customer crates. The customer crates are
transported by conveyor from one zone to the next. Each zone
has its own order picker. Zone picking is suitable if the range
of items is very diverse. Order picking lists or a ‘pick to light’
system can be used to support zone picking.
End-of-line/washing solutions End-of-line solutionWe have developed the HEARTBEAT and CASEPACK concepts
for end-of-line solutions. These concepts are used to process
high volumes.
Stacks of crates are conveyed by a central supply and
discharge conveyor. The system unstacks the crates. The case
packer is supplied with a single crate to fill. Filled crates are
subsequently stacked. The crates are discharged in stacks.
These concepts are suitable for capacities of 500 to
1,500 crates per hour per case packer.
Washing and removing stickersWe supply fully automatic lines to wash pallets, boxes and
crates.
For capacities of:
-- 25 - 90 pallets per hour
-- 25 - 120 boxes/bins (dolavs) per hour
-- 1,000 - 4,000 crates/cartons per hour
We supply machines with integrated supply and discharge
systems for de-palletizing, palletizing, buffering etc.
Airblow section: with the knowledge acquired through
extensive research, we develop airblow sections that
offer an excellent result.
Sticker remover: a unique feature is our sticker remover,
which removes stickers 100%.

Conveyors/special solutions ConveyorsFP LOGISTICS supplies conveyors for all sizes of crates,
boxes, cartons, pallets and fresh product such as meat.
The construction of our conveyors is specially designed
for hygiene-sensitive areas. The conveyors are made of
stainless steel and treated with a B-finish. They can include
a range of options, e.g. side guides, work surfaces, belt levers,
scrapers and CIP facilities.
Specials-- tipping device
-- filling systems
-- filling/emptying of plate freezers: system to ergonomically
fill and empty plate freezers. These can be filled by weight.
The amount of fill increases with 10%
-- rack conveyor: automatically conveys racks to
automatically freeze, defrost or pasteurize products
-- gantry crane solutions: solution enabling the use of a
fully travelling crane to store boxes in a conditioned area
-- autoclave solutions: automatically fills and emplies the
autoclave racks
-- re-packing: frozen products are removed from the freezer
crates and then automatically palletized
Software/After Sales ServicesSoftwareThe logistic solutions we supply are fully automated. Our
solutions are modular in design and can be customized to
your specific requirements.
We develop software to facilitate the technical management
of your system, in order to provide insight into the performance
of the installation and enable the management of technical
setpoints.
Our MES-system manages the entire goods flow, from receipt to
dispatch. Functions including production order management, stock
management and order picking are available in the MES-system.
Our solutions can be linked to all common ERP-systems.
ScalesSFK LEBLANC supplies all types of calibrated scales with our
solutions.
TrainingFor optimal use of our logistic system we offer hands-on training
for your production personnel. For optimal maintenance we offer
training with regard to service, problem solving and performing
inspections.
After Sales ServicesSFK LEBLANC has various maintenance options for after sales
support including helpdesk and remote support, on-site support
