Follett Shelf eBook Access

1. Go to https://brevard.follettdestiny.com/ to access our District library catalog. You may

also add the “Follett Destiny” app to your Launchpad.

2. First select Herbert C. Hoover Middle School, then you should see a screen like the one

below to log on your account (upper, right).

3. Usernames for faculty/staff: last name.first name. Passwords for faculty/staff:

employee ID number (including the leading 100). Usernames for students: student

number. Passwords for students: student number.

4. After successfully logging in, you should see your name in the upper, right corner.

While on the “Catalog” tab, select the link to “Follett Shelf” on the left side to access all

eBook and eAudio titles.

5. A new window will open, and you should see a screen like the one below and be able to

view and access our eBook and eAudio titles.

6. Some of the titles are classic literature, and others are related to math, science, or social

studies. The titles that have the infinity symbol is indicating the title has “simultaneous

access”. This means that if anyone in the Hoover community wants to check out this

book they can all check it out at the same time.
