INNOVATIONAS A SIGN OF IDENTITY

The distinctive green colour is Zucami's trademark and is recognized worldwide; it can be seen throughout our wide range of poultry products.

Our innovative and revolutionary assembly system allows much quicker installation, thanks to a simple and intuitive concept.

All models are designed with smooth and rounded shapes, resulting in pleasant, comfortable surfaces for birds. Their well-being is our priority.

The floor mesh is denser in the area where the birds stay, to avoid injuries to their legs or spurs.

Flexible, uniform and solid support for a quick gathering for the eggs, without breakages. The galvanised pipesupports inside each partition give the batteries solidity and stability.

Green plastic partitions calms and reduce birds stress, with holes for optimum ventilation.

Door for easy access: Unique on the market . Wi th s imple, secure fastening and an opening that leaves the entire front surface free, facilitating a safe and comfortable handling of the birds.

For egg production, we have systems in accordance with animal welfare regulations as well as "convertible options" in two phases.

We propose wide range of possibilities in all our products.

Also included in our catalogue are the cages for pullets, broiler cage, layer breeders, male breeders and quails.

EGG COLLECTION

8Our systems minimise the percentage of eggs rejected due to breakages, cracks or dirt.

We propose two different systems, by lifter or by elevator. Each row includes one of these automatic egg collection systems. The eggs gently transferred to the conveyor, for later storage and grading.

A speci�c study is conducted and all necessary systems installed according to the area climatic conditions: pad cooling, fans, chimneys and automatic air inlets.

By self-propelled hoppers or by chain feeding, we ensure the birds receive their daily feed ration, consistently and equally.

The SECONOV drying system uses the heat from the birds and allow to obtain 80-85% dry manure in 24 hours, without odours, insects or ammonia gases.
