• Building maintenance of routine day-to-day in nature.

• Occasional minor modification works for the upkeep of buildings

and installations including plumbing and drainage works.

• Occasional demolishing/dismantl ing of al l types of structures.

• R e p a i r i n g, re g u l at i n g a n d m a i nt a i n i n g i n g o o d co n d i t i o n t h e

company’s fresh water and drainage inside all types of structures.

• Attendance upon and assisting the company’s personnel in repairing,

and generally maintaining the system.

• Excavating in any type of ground, soil, including rock, and breaking

out any concrete, br ick work or pavement dur ing the course of

excavation and to carry out backfilling of excavated ground upon the

instruction of the Company’s Site Representative.

Maintenance

We supply manpower for the execution of routine building maintenance, minor

modi�cation works, painting, plumbing, sewer works to include the execution of

regular maintenance, check-up and recti�cation of maintenance defects, documen-

tation of existing situations concerning the prevailing state of maintenance and up

keep of company’s industrial facilities and o�ces. (Company industrial premises

pertain to company’s o�ces, hangars, workshops, industrial plants). The scope shall

All activities performed in the course of construction and execution of projects

shall be in accordance to contract’s document requirements and the governing

national and international Codes and regulation and to the company’s Quality

Manual. The Quality Assurance Program shall be applicable to all projects and

shall be adopted for speci�c needs of the project as per the contract documents.

During contract execution and guarantee maintenance period, all our concerned

sta� are ready to provide all required help, guidance, advice and services to our

customers as per the contract requirements. Our goal is to provide and maintain

our supplied product and services in the required quality. Our customer

complaint system is always available to ensure that any complaint shall be
