Understand and examine the project scope, project time and work flow, project cost and budgets, project resources, project quality,reports, project changes and projectrisk management. Teaching/Learning Approach : Students will learn through a combination of face-to-face contact and guided study. Personal contact sessions will include Presentations, calculation of major techniques, classroom discussion andthe additional work outside the class. Guided study will include text readings and articles on contemporary issues in Project Finance andmanagement which have recentlyappeared in economic/business journals & newspapefs . Additional material will also be emailed to the students form time to time .
