    1) BouquetsConcept:

    Making some aesthetically pleasing Bouquets out of dry leaves and

    wood splinters.

    Materials:

    Dried bamboo leaves, wood splinters, wood pieces, thread/wire etc.

    Target Users or Consumers and Price:

    Any as its a gift item or a decorative piece; price 10 Rs. per piece.

    Production Cost (per Unit):

    Around 5 Rs. per piece

    2) LocketsConcept:

    Wearable neck lockets

    Materials:

    POP chunks, wood/bamboo pieces, transparent PVC.

    Target Users or Consumers and Price:

    Students and children; price varying from 5-10 Rs. per piece.

    Production Cost (per Unit):

    Each locket is somewhere between 2-3 Rs. depending on thematerial used.

    3) Keyring HolderConcept:

    Key ring holder with provision to hang key rings; which can be easilymounted on the wall or kept on table top.

    Materials:

    MDF, wood pieces and steel hooks.

    Target Users or Consumers and Price:

    Family and students; price varying from 20-50 Rs. per piece.

    Production Cost (per Unit):

    Each Key ring holder cost was about 5-10 Rs.; excluding theamount of labor effort.

    closed group; taking the raw materials,production skills and consumers should

    come from the same.

    4) Apps for SmartPhonesConcept:

    Creating a one-of-a-kind application for smartphone which itself is agroup of applications(paid or freeware); balancing the price suchthat it is less than the price of the applications bought individually.

    Materials:

    Internet connection, Laptop or PC.

    Target Users or Consumers and Price:

    Any smartphone user; price vary on the group of application

    selected.

    Unable to materialize due to shortage of time and the amountinvolved to get a valid application market license.

    5) GO! Series PowerBooksConcept:

    Creating a power manual for the user(s) who know less about the technicalities of the

    smartphone; enabling them to kick-off with their smartphones by providing them with

    a list of some popular freeware applications and tips!

    Materials:

    Internet connection, Laptop or PC, designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP,

    InkScape, Scribus)

    Target Users or Consumers and Price:

    Any smartphone user; price 10-15 Rs. per unit

    Production Cost (per Unit):

    Around 15 Rs. Per unit but can be reduced to as low as 5 Rs. per unit if produced bulk

    i.e., 1000 copies.

    One can also advertise on such booklets which can reduce the production cost.

    Tie-ups with carrier providers like Vodafone, Airtel, BSNL etc.
