Returning Choir Members: Please check your
mailbox and your e-mailbox for upcoming
announcements for our social dinner and first choir rehearsal of the season. Our first rehearsal for new and returning Choir members will be on Wednesday,
September 13 at 7:30 PM. Please have your music
ready and up to date! You may come as early as 7 PM
to work on your binders or come when the church is
open during the week to prepare your music for the new season.
Name that Singer: Have you heard some melodious melodies around you? Can you
suggest a singer for the choir? We are looking for them – and you! - if God is calling
any of you to sing for Him in our Choir (ages teen through adult). Please plan to join
us on Wednesday, September 13th when we will welcome newcomers. You will have
a brief audition before that time if you let Cindi Decker know of your interest.
Worship Teams: The Middle School Praise Team is looking for students to join! If you
are interested in singing or playing please see Mrs. Decker on September 17th or
sign your name to the Praise Team poster. As soon as we have enough singers we
will plan our rehearsals. We already have a song in mind from Word of Life Summer
Camp!
Christmas Musical Coming Soon! We are gearing up for auditions for children
ages 7 and up for the Christmas musical on December 9th and 10th! We should be
ready to begin auditions at 1 PM on September 24th. Children will need to bring a
parent to register and to audition. These auditions are for Main Cast and require
extra rehearsals in addition to regular Sunday afternoon rehearsals which run each
Sunday until the performances. Children in the Chorus are required to sing and act.
Parents will be expected to help as lunch/rehearsal monitors and assistants
throughout the two months. Other adults are welcome to sign up to help with this
important support need. Rehearsals will begin in October and children will bring
their lunch at that time.
ABBA Certificates – If you shop at Shop Rite or Acme, please consider buying a gift card from either store, in denominations from $5 to $100. It is an exact exchange of money, with no surcharge, and five cents of every dollar benefits ABBA Pregnancy Crisis Center. Please stop at the Welcome Center before or after every morning service to make your purchase. It’s an easy way to show you are pro-life!

Thank you, thank you, First Baptist of Willingboro, NJ
I am so grateful for your inspiring and encouraging cards, texts, phone calls and letters to me during my illness. I have truly been blessed by each one. Deuteronomy 33:12, this scripture was given to me and led me through a painful recovery. God is using your prayers and very kind words to strengthen my body and my faith and empower me to move boldly into the future trusting Him. It’s soooo amazing what the Word of God can do… Praise and Glory to JESUS CHRIST our SAVIOR AND LORD. Because He Lives, Regina Brummell

“What is the deep cry of your heart? The ache in your soul that keeps you up at night? The prayer you keep repeating? Jesus not only cares about this deep, spiritual wrestling, but He also wants to step in and see you through it. Join Lysa TerKeurst on the streets of Israel to explore the seven I AM statements of Jesus found in the Gospel of John. Through this interactive, in-depth study we will be trading feelings of emptiness and depletion for the fullness of knowing who Jesus is like never before.” Please join our small women’s Bible study on Wednesday, September 20th.
