The purpose of this monthly series of webinars is to help prepare code professionals to review plans and inspect facilities for compliance with the hazardous materials provisions of the fire, building, mechanical, and electrical codes.

related to hazardous materials requirements. • Review inspection checklists using code citations and other tools to identify

special equipment, processes, and other systems.

IntenDeD AUDIence this 10-part webinar series is designed for fire marshals, code officials, health & safety professionals, and engineers and architects working at all levels of experience. each month features two sessions, boot Camp and special Topics. The boot Camp session is designed for new inspectors, fire marshals, and plan reviewers. new this year, Boot camp will kick off with a International codes 101 Webinar as an introduction to the field. the Special Topics session dives deeper into specialized and emerging code topics such as Marijuana Processing, review of a recent Hazmat incident, Ammonia refrigeration and much more.

insTruCTor Will Winslow is a certified Industrial hygienist and a certified Fire and Mechanical code Inspector with 25 years’ experience in plan review and code enforcement. Mr. Winslow is a Profes-sional Member of the iCC, and served on the iCC Fire Code Committee. He has submitted code changes and attended the public hearings associated with the development of the Codes since 1987. Mr. Winslow is a past national codes Director for the Washington State Association of Fire Marshals. he has presented seminars covering the hazardous materials requirements of the fire, building, mechanical and electrical codes since 1990 and currently teaches a monthly webinar series focused on these same topics.
