Fire, Life & Safety Program Coordinators Responsibilities Include:

Keeping records of monthly inspections and document any repair or corrective actions performed on over 4,300 portable Fire Extinguishers and 260 components of the Fire Sprinklers Systems onsite.

Maintain good communication with on-site technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of any corrective action performed on fire extinguisher and fire sprinkler devices at any of the +53 site locations.

Provided assistance to Cisco’s Corporate Lab Safety Program by sending email reminders that educate and remind lab employees about established guidelines and responsibilities to ensure that labs are operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Incorporated two Client software programs, Vendor Activity Web Site (VAWS) and Client Request System (CRS), to report Fire Extinguisher concerns and generate data reported on a monthly basis to client.

Case Management: Open corrective or preventative case orders for any and all campus issues related to Fire Life and Safety program.

Provide updates to Cisco CADD/CAFM Team on Fire Extinguisher locations to updates Emergency Evacuation maps details. Using Microsoft and Adode programs and clearly illustrate any and all reported moves, changes and relocation of any Fire Extinguisher and/or Sprinkler System locations, to Cisco’s, CBRE and Work Place Resources (WPR) departments.

Creating and updating process flows that encompass Client/Customer needs and expectation and ensure site meets and exceeds local, State and Federal Fire, Life and Safety regulations. Perform various administrative tasks, such as: filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, and creating responsibility lists for team members.

Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure all schedules and customer needs are completed in a timely fashion.
