This Halloween, Finley Farms South residents will not only be giving away candy, but we will be giving away diapers. And canned corn. And deodorant!
We are asking you to help us by bagging up some food and new personal hygiene products and putting them outside your door on Halloween and putting the enclosed flyer on your garage door or front door to let us know to pick it up on Halloween night! Finley Farms residents and youngadults/teens from Evident Life Church in downtown Gilbert will be helping us with the collection for Open Arms on Halloween night between 6-9pm. More inside >>
The HOA Board of Directors voted on a new budgetfor 2016 at the July 2015 Homeowners Meeting
There will be no increase in dues again for2016. Our budget for new trees (not replacinglost trees or dead trees) was lessened in orderto invest more money into our current wall re-pairs (See article in this issue). Common wallrepair is our largest line item in the budget.

TRASH DAY is every Wednesday
Please do not put out bins before thenight prior. Bring bins in the next day before nightfall. Please put bins in thestreet against the curb. Do not blocksidewalks.
RECYCLING is picked up on Friday

PUT THE ENCLOSED FLYER ON YOUR DOOR/GARAGE DOORWHAT TO DONATE? – Please see the list on Facebook or on the back of the flyer. Items especially needed at this time include canned soup, canned beans, snack items, holiday food items, hygiene products (such as shampoo, soap, deodorant), tuna and cereal.
If you will not be home Halloween night, you can:1.) Use the enclosed flyer. Write on the notice where we should find the donated items. Attach the notice to your front door or garage door where we can see it Halloween night. 2.) Drop items off at the collection point in the tot lot park off of Columbus, North of Warner Road, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm or… 3.) Drop off items in the collection point in the Sagebrush cul-de-sac South of Mesquite Road, one street east of Key Biscayne Drive.
WANT TO HELP COLLECT DONATIONS?Would your family and kids like to help collect food and donations? We welcome your help! lease email: [email protected] to let us know so we can give you instructions/further directions. You should plan to bring all items to the tot lot park before 9:00pm. Collectors should also remove the flyer from houses where they have collected donations from.

HALLOWEEN FOOD DRIVE IN FINLEY FARMS SOUTH
CURRENT WALL REPAIRAs you may have seen, we are currently having walls re-stuccoed and repaired/rebuilt/repainted along WarnerRoad and throughout the community. At the last Boardmeeting, the Board voted to accelerate the pace of repairs.Residents should know that wall repair is the ONE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM WE SPEND HOA DUES ON, besides thecontribution we make to upkeep on the Finley Farms NorthPark on Mesquite, next to the elementary school.
