Taking a look at the health aspect of things. The book of Proverbs, Chapter 18, verse

21, New International Version says, ‘the tongue has the power of life and death.’ A

lot of people go through their day uttering all sorts of negative words into their lives

either knowingly or unknowingly.


This brings a lot of misfortune which comes in the form of ill health. Take a look at

those who are in dire health situations in the hospitals. If you watch them closely

they tend to let the situation get to them, utter the words sick and disease every

All of the aspects ride on each other, which means that if one is not functioning well it affects all the others.

Usually not seen to the untrained eye, all this various aspects form the bedrock for how we feel in the physical.

We have the power to control how we feel as a person to any situation we may face.

A sp i r i tua l ly strong individual should not feel

fear at every turn but if it does come, feel free to pray and call on the angel to guide and protect you as you take a decision or find rescue in the event of danger.

Trauma is the adverse effect of fear. It is a deeply psychological and emotional reaction to a very distressing situation that has either occurred in the present or in the past.

At some point in life, everyone would go through a highly painful experience and how we handle it is what truly matters. We either face the experience with positivity, which is move on from it or we take the negative route - a life of constant fear or trauma.


There are various things that cause fear and trauma and they include but not limited to:

● Anger

When an indiv idual become too attached to the result of a particular situation that did not go the way they want it, overtime it leads to an inner feeling of anger.

This anger taken over a long period leads to trauma that affects t h e e m o t i o n a l a n d physiological aspects of the person. In the long run could lead to insanity.

● Jealousy

There are cases where people feel threatened about the success of another individual. It could be a sibling, friend or loved one.

What they do not seem to understand is that there is room for everyone to win.

This leads to feeling bad for themselves and constant hatred when they see the person which shakes the core of their emotional state which often leads to trauma.


● Not loving one’s self

When you do not love or appreciate you for what you truly are. It brings out about self hate and low self esteem.
