Delegates will be billeted at the UPV Tacloban dormitories. For those traveling via plane to Tacloban 1) There are jeepneys at the airport that will take you to downtown Tacloban – go to the Remedios T. Romualdez Plaza (RTR Plaza) where you can ride a tricycle to UP Tacloban (The jeepney fare is at Php 15 and the tricycle fare is at Php 8) 2) There are also vehicles that you can rent to bring you to UP tacloban (They are called taxi in the airport) – The fare ranges from Php 200 to 300 For those traveling via bus to Tacloban 1) Take a multicab from the Tacloban City Terminal to downtown. IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1) Due to the current situation of UP Tacloban and the accommodations of the participants, you are advised to bring your own beddings.

2) There is a smoking ban being implemented in the campus. Please smoke outside the campus premises.

3) Please refrain from going outside the campus and/or the dormitory alone. Please ask the secretariat to accompany you.
