The Redding Rotary Demotion is history with president Ray Stewart going out of office with style. During the recent demotion bash held at Rotary President Elect Richard Malotky’s private estate, President Ray became a California Girl. The entire set of pictures will appear in the July 1st full Spillway. The usual features will be presented with some new advertisers.
