STAGE 1 (personal information)

My name is Juan Sebastián Pérez Gómez. I am 20 years old. I am single. I was born in

Neiva the twenty three of august nineteen ninety three. In my family we are four, my

favorite book is the Alquimista. I study fourth semester electronic engineering in the

CEAD Florencia. My number of group is 90008_609. I live in florencia, the address my

house is street 14 # 11-164 in the neighborhood the Bocana.

STAGE 2 (Writing process)

LOCATION AND POPULATION:

Florencia Caquetá. It is a young city, point

of convergence of the municipalities in the

north and south of Caquetá. It is the

largest city in the southeast of the country

by its population; it has more than one

hundred years of history and institutional

development of the state. It is known as

"the golden door Colombian Amazon."It is

located in the piedmont zone between the

Eastern Cordillera and the Amazon on

Hacha river right bank.

TYPE OF FOOD:

Smoked Cachama.

Sancho de gallina.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PICTURE: Sanchocho de gallina.

Ingredients: chicken, plantain, yucca, corn

cob, pope, onion, tomato, salt, water.

COME TO MY PLACE.

Florencia is the capital of the Caquetá. This one located in the Colombian amazonia. It is

the biggest city in the south-east of the country for his population, has more than hundred

years of history and of institution building of the State. It is known as "the golden door of

the Colombian Amazon." He is in the zone between the Oriental Mountain chain and the

Amazon.

One of the most emblematic restaurants of the city is the restaurant RICONCITO

MORELIANO. Located in the street 15 # 14-15 I centre, Florencia-Caquetá. Reservations

can be done to the number: +57 (8) 4349791. It is opened from them 8 AM up to them 8

PM. There they will be able to take delight with one of his specialities that is sancocho de

gallina.

The Sancocho de Gallina it must be prepared in stove of wood. First that everything puts

to cook the chicken, later, the banana and the yucca. The step to continuing is to add the

following ingredients as they it are: the ear of maize, the onion and the tomato. It is left to

boil during half an hour, until I thicken this one. Finally it is possible to serve and eat.
