Auto Valas.
Autos selected for the promotion on the particular routes will be as per thenature of firm.

Registered Office will be at Kapurthala.To show the start up capital of Rs 1 lac in the current account on the name of

To take Permission from the Municipal Committee for pasting the flexsheets behind the auto for commercialization.
The contracts made with the auto valas and the firms will be on the basisof affidavit signed by the both parties with the adroadies pvt ltd.
Comparative Analysis:
Local cable TV advertisement costs around 15-25 thousand depending uponthe rate at which it is shown. It excludes the cost that is included in the
formation of advertisement.
Advertisement in the local news paper costs around 3500-5000 each day. Ifany firm wants to promote their selves it would cost them around 1-1.5
lakhs.

Adroadies Charging Strategy:
Adroadies pvt ltd will charge Rs 1000 as a cost per auto for the firms.The ad designing will be done by Adroadies pvt ltd.The advertisement will be for complete 30 days a month.The advertisement pasted on the autos will be as per considering the target
customers for the particular firm and thus will be pasted on the autos which
would have specific route that would serve the target customers.
The facility of changing the flex sheet anytime within the month as perdepending upon the particular message the firm want to convey to their
particular targeted customers.

PROMOTIONAL MEASURES
Following are the modes or methods that are adopted by adroadies pvt ltd for its promotion.
1.Direct Promotion under this method, we will go to door to door to each and every firmselected in the jalandhar city, it will take 5 days for this kind of promotion.
By going door to door to every target firms we would provide them each and every information
regarding the adroadies pvt ltd and the low cost promotional idea of using autos initiated by
adroadies pvt ltd in a planned manner and its efficiency of generating the customers as comparedto other means of advertisement.
We would also provide them brochure and contact cards of the adroadies pvt ltd which would
include all the information regarding adroadies pvt ltd.Also we will show them the registration
certificates and the permission certificates from the municipal co-operartion in order to win theirtrust.
We would present them entire comparative analysis of the advertising mode provided by us withthat of other modes like newspaper and local cable TV.
2. Poster advertising by using our own auto networkIn the initial stage of advertising we will
select almost 10 autos which have their routes inside the main areas of city which mainly haveour targeted firms like academies, nursing homes,small retail stores.We would select the autos
which have their rotes in these particular areas like model town ,urban estate ,PAP-Rama Mandi,
Ladhowali road , Mota singh Nagar and Chotti Baradari. This would help Adroadies pvt ltd for
promoting their selves also.
3. Promotion using Stickers We will use 10*10 inches stickers in order to promote our own
firms along with our client firm .This would be done as a sticker will be pasted including thename and tagline of the adroadies pvt ltd along with the flex sheet advertisement poster of our
client firms advertisement behind the auto.This will be done on each auto used by us fo r
providing other firms advertisement.

Adroadies Pvt ltd has segmented its services of providing auto network as a promotional mode in
the following 3 modules
MODULE 1 (Per 10 autos) In this module all the designing of the advertisement, printing of
Flex, Pasting, selection of autos of particular or we can say target routes for promotion (Optional
as may decided by adroadies pvt ltd or according to the suggestion by client firm but the cost
remain un effected), Replacement of Flex sheet with new flex sheet having new message oradvertisement (As per demand by the client firm and it can be changed thrice in a month by
adroadies itself at our own cost but thereafter by client firms) will be borne by adroadies pvt ltd
itself.

MODULE 2 (per 10 autos) In this module designing of advertisement will be done by clientfirms itself both initially as well as at the time of replacement and all the other costs regardingprinting, pasting etc will be bear by adroadies pvt ltd itself .Cost of printing in Replacement of

the adroadies pvt ltd want to be a firm which provide the most efficient advertising at the
minimum possible cost and want to grow as a promotional agency with more creative ideas ofpromotion at lower costs. The promotion through auto network is the initial step taken by the

video advertisement.

Now its a analysis of How adroadies pvt ltd have taken into the account all the factors that are
related to their competition and the market as per Porters model of 5 forces-1 Existing competitive rivalry between suppliers As for now, there is not even a singleregistered firm in India which is working on such kind of concept on a large scale. This kind ofadvertisement mode is often adopted by the small firms with direct tie up with autos but always
failed because of unplanned manner. Thus firms do not actually utilize this mode as an most
effective and affordable tool .As of now there is no competition in the local as well as nationalmarket offering such kind of promotional medium of advertising but in abroad it do have a lot.
2 Threat of new market entrants The biggest challenge or we can say a threat to adroadies pvtltd is the probability to have new adroadies in the market. For this Adroadies is working on their
future plan to have direct contracts with the auto unions for the greater number of autos on 6
month or annual basis so that no other new firm would able to paste the advertisement on the
autos. This would help the adroadies to restrict the competitors to enter into their zone.
The future plans are also their to come up with new creative ideas and concepts and to work onbuilding core competency of the firm to provide this service and to enter into new cities of north
India where it is easy to have auto network for this kind of plan with no legal obligations.
3 Bargaining power of buyers It is very easy for the adroadies to deal with this force as
adroadies already providing the most affordable possible mode of advertising for maximum time
span with high exposure and lowest possible cost which is much lower than the other modes also
considering the profit margins for itself also.
4 Power of suppliers It is one of the future aspect of the adroadies pvt ltd to have corecompetency in providing the most affordable advertising services thus planning to have its own
team of creative designers and printing department so that the cost should be saved to the
maximum extent .This would make the firm lesser reluctant to outside printing modes. This
would help us to generate competitive advantage for the adroadies pvt ltd.
5 Threat of substituteAdroadies pvt ltd already coming up with the affordable substitute modeof advertisement in the form of auto network. As discussed this mode is already very cheap and
effective than the other modes like newspaper , Banners, Local cable TV for the firms which do
not have adequate funds to give expensive modes of advertisements.
Thus adroadies pvt ltd focuses on all these 5 forces of competition.

SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths
No other registered firm is there which provide such kind of advertising mode by usingauto network in the planned manner.
This advertising mode is far cheaper than the other modes. Low cost per exposure. Cheapest mode which provide consistent 30 days advertisement.
Weakness The only weakness is the chance of spoiling of the flex sheet pasted behind autos by
external forces.
New firm with the new concept thus will take time to develop the trust.Oppurtunity The local market consists of plenty of small firms which need to advertise but lack
resources. Autos which are now days the life line transport of almost every big or small cities are
still not efficiently utilised for this purpose.
Threat The chance of having new competition in the market. As to avoid it we need to work on
the core competencies and the quality of service.

HR PLAN FOR AUTO DRIVERS
Remuneration
Rs 400/Month for auto drivers for pasting a flex sheet behind their autos on contract basis for amonth The Auto drivers will get these 400 Rs salary as 100 Rs per week.
We have fixed Rs 400 as a monthly salary initially because it means a lot to an individual auto
driver to earn 400 as a income with nothing hard to do. The auto drivers generally have incomeof around Rs 4000-5000 monthly.
Adroadies also planned to give a definite small gifts to the auto drivers at the end of the month
from the profits generated of the company. This would help in making auto drivers feel theirimportance for the adroadies pvt.ltd.
Adroadies pvt ltd will keep a record of each auto driver associated with them. Personal
Information including their interests, family, Address, Date of Birth etc will be recorded.Adroadies planned to send greeting cards on particular occasion to their auto drivers to make
them feel up to what extent they are associated with the adroadies pvt ltd.
Adroadies also planned to provide free health insurance to the auto drivers after 6 month of their
association with the company.
HR Expense ResourcesFrom the reserve of the firm which is still about 1 lacs & from theprofits of the company.
TRAINING PLAN FOR AUTO DRIVERS
Auto drivers will be given complete information regarding being part of the company,their roles
and responsibilities and regarding what actually their job is all about.
Auto drivers will also be trained to give referrals to their customer or passengers regarding the

OPERATIONAL PLAN
ON PLACING ORDER BY THE CLIENT COMPANY (FOR EVERY MODULE)
ADROADIES PVT LTD WILL PROVIDE WITHIN 48 HOURS STRAT UP SERVICE TO
THE PARTICULAR CLIENT COMAPANY AFTER THEIR ORDER BEING PALCED.
The adroadies pvt ltd will take following steps in order to provide them their advertisement
running on the roads behind the autos with the following measures
Initial steps taken when the order placed
The number of auto as per the tie ups and of the particular routes as per considering whatcould be the target areas for the particular client company selected.
Then the number of flex sheets required as per the number of autos. Order given to the part time graphic designers of the adroadies pvt ltd to design atleast 10
best designs for the client company as per consulting us. (Depends upon the kind ofmodule selected by client firm ie. Whether they require designing or designing will be
done by theirselves.)
All these steps would be completed within 1st
24 hours.
Steps to be followed in next 24 hours
The designs prepared will be shown to the client firm and the final design selected.(Again this operation depends upon the module selected by the client company)
The final design sent to the printing shop where it is printed in the form of flex sheets.
For printing adroadies will have tie up with the well equipped printing shop which provide flex
printing on the ladhowali road near the railway crossing.
The tie up would help adroadies to build the loyalty and business relation with that particular
printing shop and would also help in generating discounts on lacing printing order in bulk in
future.
Then the printed flex sheet will be pasted behind the number of autos selected for theparticular advertisement.
For the pasting of flex sheet behind the auto a auto manufacturing unit will be selected that is
near the railway crossing on the ladhowali road again. Charges would be given to the owner of
that unit for providing just material for pasting the flex sheet behind the autos.

INVENTORYthe adroadies pvt ltd would not have any inventory to deal with. To avoid this
inventory problem adroadies thus made tie up with the printing shop and the auto manufacturingunit in order to arrange the material for printing and pasting their selves as per order given to
them by adroadies pvt ltd. The only task of adroadies is just to give charges to them. Thus
adroadies pvt ltd is free from any kind of wastage of materials.
CLOSENESS RATING Adroadies pvt ltd focuses on the factor to have the closely situated
sites for printing and pasting of the flex sheet behind the autos in order to save time thus selected
both printing shop and unit for pasting on the ladhowali road and both near the railway crossing.
STEPS TO BE TAKEN TO MANAGE AUTO OPERATIONS
As the auto and auto drivers are the backbone for the adroadies pvt ltd thus it is essential to have

The names of particular auto driver, their address, contact number, respective number ofauto, its major route and the respective advertisement of the client company of theadroadies pvt ltd will be recorded, the particular date on which the particularadvertisement of the client company is pasted on the respective auto will also be
recorded.
In order to have their proper id proof with the adroadies pvt ltd the photocopy of theirdriving license will be kept by the adroadies pvt ltd.
The auto drivers will be provided with the contact numbers and addresses of all the 5members of the adroadies pvt ltd to have contact with us if they have any queries or
problems.
Thus these three important steps would help adroadies pvt ltd to have proper communicationwith the associated auto drivers and would also help adroadies pvt ltd in managing that which
particular advertisement is on which particular auto and from which date. Thus can manage
effectively.Not any software is required for these particular operations as these can be effectively recorded

company, division or department. A financial plan can also be an estimation of cash needs and a
decision on how to raise the cash, such as through borrowing or issuing additional shares in acompanyCAPITAL AND INSURANCE:
Each member will contribute Rs. 40,000 ( 40,000 x 5 = 2,00,000 ) each for the startupprocess.
We dont need any kind of loan for the business because we need only Rs200000 for thestarting of our business , we all 5 members are contributing Rs40000 and sum total of
Rs200000 which is require for the start of the business
Insurance: The insurance had been taken from New India Assurance Company Limited. As we are 5 partners, we are contributing Rs40000 each. Total Rs 2,00,000 we needed to run our business, Rs 100000 for the registration of the company. Rest 1lakh will be used for the getting license from municipal committee & DTO(district
treasury officer) , buying computer and furniture, and other expenses.
We have saved our lot of expenses by using most of our own resources which is bestabout our business like:
We are using the office of Mankirtan Singh, so we dont have to pay any rent of the shop,it will reduce our cost.
Other than that we dont need any kind of machine in our business, we have the contractswith the flex printing shops, so it will also reduces our cost of expenditure.
We just need two graphic designers who can design our banners which will be used foradvertisement, and the printing of the flex sheets will be done in the flex printing shop.
And our main work is to paste the flex at the back of auto rickshaws and keep eye on theauto drivers, whether they are doing their job properly or not. We have decided to give Rs.400 per auto rickshaw. Rs8000 per graphic designer (2).

We are paying this much of money to graphic designer because , they have to design thebanners for advertisement and our designers are from LPU (animation students), this is
like a part time job for them, they just have to report once in whole day most probably at
evening i.e. at 7pm.
We are buying one computer because our designers already have their laptops and if anyof the want to work in office they can use it.
We are giving Rs 1000 to the sweeper ,who will take care of the cleaning of our workarea.
