every student upon entering schools or universities,

either public or in private. It gives students the

impression on how the whole institute manages andmanipulate the entire body. Moreover, enrolment

serves as the first experience of all students by

which he/she takes part either individually or with

company of a parent or some relatives.

The aim of this study is to provide an easier way

or means of enrollment process following the

computerized enrollment system among the staff and

faculty of Naga National High School. It is important insuch a way that it benefit not only the student but the

administration as a whole. It lessen the workload, and

provide an accurate information needed.

norms of high-technology. If they still using

manual system , the business left behind

upon the other competent. There are somecircumstances that affects the business in

terms of paper documentation regarding the

data or information of the client that caused

the business problems.

Nowadays computer serves as an important

role in our society, most especially in school

premise. Most school uses computer to help their

students deal in our modern technology. But as

the population of the students continue to grow,

many school face difficulties in handling their

enrolment in a manual process. And one of the

solutions in this problem is to make their manual

enrollment into a computerized system.

computerized system in order to adapt the

norms of modernization. This can help them to

acquire some problems they meet and bear outthose circumstances.

a high school. It stores details of students, year,

and section. It may also be use as local

assessment of the PTC

other authorized user in the Naga National high

school office to enable them to easily produce

information required by the different people in thehigh school.

The guidance councilor conduct an interview for the

new and transferees students.

Use Case 1.01 The system provides the enrollment procedure of the

New and Transferees students.

Use Case 2.02 Provides the enrollment procedure of the Old Students

Use Case 2.03 The system/PTCA Admin. Will evaluate and secure

data.

The freshmen or transferees student is

necessary to have an interview. Afterwards, Student fill up enrollment form then

passed it to the PTCA Administrator.

Then the PTCA Administrator collect the

enrolment fess.

obligations in their past school year.

The students must secured his/her grade.

If there's no problem regarding his/herobligations. Filling up of forms should follow, and

should be pass to the PTCA Admin. for evaluation.

PTCA Admin. collect enrollment fees.
