    Enrolment serves as a vital part in the life of

    every student upon entering schools or universities,

    either public or in private. It gives students the

    impression on how the whole institute manages andmanipulate the entire body. Moreover, enrolment

    serves as the first experience of all students by

    which he/she takes part either individually or with

    company of a parent or some relatives.

    The aim of this study is to provide an easier way

    or means of enrollment process following the

    computerized enrollment system among the staff and

    faculty of Naga National High School. It is important insuch a way that it benefit not only the student but the

    administration as a whole. It lessen the workload, and

    provide an accurate information needed.

    role in our society, most especially in school

    premise. Most school uses computer to help their

    students deal in our modern technology. But as

    the population of the students continue to grow,

    many school face difficulties in handling their

    enrolment in a manual process. And one of the

    solutions in this problem is to make their manual

    enrollment into a computerized system.

    and section. It may also be use as local

    school office to enable them to easily produce

    information required by the different people in thehigh school.

    The guidance councilor conduct an interview for the

    new and transferees students.
