Benefits The proven FT-50 and FT-70 Fill Level Inspection
systems capabilities have been expanded to provide Filler Valve
Monitoring and Sampling functionality for bottle and can lines.
This option will be very useful to fine-tune the performance of
individual filling valves and will reduce the time spent on
sampling.
The system utilizes proven valve and capper/seamer head tracking
from the Industrial Dynamics/filtec Filler Management System, along
with the Industrial Dynamics/filtec container tracking system. The
lowfill count for each valve is displayed by worst low filling
valve to best low filling valve.
The sampling system not only provides the capability to sample
for quality assurance purposes, but it also provides for sampling
valves or capper/seamer heads that have been repaired to verify the
problem was fixed.
Existing Fill Level Inspection systems can be upgraded with this
new feature.

Displays the number of lowfills created by each valve sorted from
worst to best filling valveThe lowfill data for each valve can be
accessed externally via either MODBUS Serial, MODBUS TCP/IP, or
