Weigh ins only at Ripley LightYacht Club 5:00 PM-7:00PM — .Release affidavit / fish may be brought to weigh in by any means of transportation.Weather: .If Friday & Saturday are not fishable, Sunday the 15th will be a weather day.One day constitutes a tournament.Boats may receive a 90% refund if they contact a committee member or committee boat before 8 am of the first day’s fishing.( BruceWallace 766-2100 or 200-6764)Honesty Policy- All winning captains are subject to a polygraph test at the committee discretion!You will not receive your winnings until a polygraph is administered.Polygraph will be paid for by theTournament.All decisions of the tournament committee are final.

Boat can enter any level or both.Only released Billfish will count for the tournament; any killed Billfish will not count regardless of the situation.
The boat must turn in a completed affidavit by 7:00PM of that day fishing.Release is completed when the mate touches the leader ( not the double line) or the swivel touches the rod tip.All billfish releases must be reported to a committee boat. In case of a tie in the points the tie will be broken on therelease time.All federal and state regulations must be followed in the Petrel Tournament.Registration forms will be available at Ripley Light Yacht Club.Committee boats will be announced during the captains meeting.

ROSS SWYGERT ECOLOGY AWARD — DOLPHIN/WAHOO T&R — SPONSORED BY CCAThis award will be presented to the boat that successfully T&R the most dolphin or wahoo by the following point system: Wahoo 100 / Dolphin 10• To be eligible the boat must turn in a tag card for each fish;• All cards must be returned to the weigh-in station by 7:00• If two or more boats accumulate the same point total, the winner will be drawn during the awards ceremony.
