Boats may receive a 90% refund if they contact a committee member or committee boat before 8 am of the first day’s fishing. ( Bruce Wallace 766-2100 or 200-6764) Honesty Policy- All winning captains are subject to a polygraph test at the committee discretion! You will not receive your winnings until a polygraph is administered.Polygraph will be paid for by theTournament. Only released Billfish will count for the tournament; any killed Billfish will not count regardless of the situation. The boat must turn in a completed affidavit by 7:00PM of that day fishing. Release is completed when the mate touches the leader ( not the double line) or the swivel touches the rod tip. All billfish releases must be reported to a committee boat. In case of a tie in the points the tie will be broken on the release time. All federal and state regulations must be followed in the PetrelTournament. Registration forms will be available at Ripley LightYacht Club.
