Getting to the Muscles
0Skinning of the pig is necessary0To begin, make an incision on the mid-ventral part of
the neck where the skin is loose0A split would be then made with the scissors0Use the blunt probe while holding the skin with the
forceps to separate the skin from the underneath tissue

0 Continue the first incision to the umbilical cord0 Make a circle around the
umbilical cord0 From the split at the original
incision, make another from there to the lower lip
0 The next set is from the chest then cut across both arms then circle around the wrists0 The same process should be
done for the legs as well
