What a year! 2020 is a year that will make history, and a year that will be

forever etched in our memories. Throughout the last 6 months, we have had

long periods of not seeing our families and friends, to then being brought

together for the last few weeks of summer. I am forever thankful of your

support of Galvin at Windows and our industry as a whole during this time

and it has been fantastic to see so many of our good friends and loyal

customers, as well as new faces return to our restaurant high up in the sky!

2020 is also a year I welcomed new members to our Galvin family, Peter Avis,

General Manager and Marc Hardiman, Head Chef; together we have worked

hard to ensure that Galvin at Windows delivers the epitome of food, service

and safety. Whenever you choose to dine with us over this festive season,

you can be sure that you have chosen the right place.
