Vintaged Bar + Grill has your festive dining plans all wrapped up with a menu that begins on the 11th of
November. Designed by Executive Chef, Matthew Wood.

CHRISTMAS DAY AT HILTON BRISBANE
Christmas time is one of the most magical occasions of the
calendar year. It is a time to slow down and slip into a slower pace of life,
while surrounding yourself with those you love and cherish.
Whether you are looking to start the day’s festivities early with
breakfast or settle back and feel at home over lunch or dinner; Hilton Brisbane has all of your
plans wrapped up.
Enjoy a festive themed breakfast including all of your Christmas favourites such as a selection
of seasonal summer fruits, cereals, yoghurts, fruit mice pies and freshly baked breakfast
pastries, Danishes and panettone. Hot dishes are also on the menu and include glazed
Christmas ham, sliced turkey breast, bacon, sausages, fried rice, hash browns, grilled
tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs and omelettes cooked to order.
