A four day “MEGA FESTIVAL” filled with entertainment for thousands of visitors in a magical Christmas wonderland. Enjoy the elegant Gala evening, the exciting Mistletoe Mixer event, the fun of Teddy Bear Breakfast, and all the other family friendly activities. Visit our sweet treat, Gingerbread Lane, experience the caring of the Teddy Bear Hospital, all the activities in Children's World and of course, the kids only Secret Shop. All this and more under one roof! The Festival of Trees is the official start to the holiday season and the PREMIERE EVENT of Grande Prairie and the Peace Country.

Friday Night Mistletoe Mixer ($5,000) - SOLDHost a fun night at the Festival with some great food and fantastic entertainment. This magical food and wine extravaganza will have guests dancing and mingling well into the night.

Mistletoe Mixer Entertainment ($3,500)Sponsor the entertainment at this sellout Festival event! The entertainment at this event gets guests out on the dance floor throughout the night.

Peter Pan Christmas Party ($5,000)Host Peter Pan, Wendy, Tinker Bell and of course Captain Hook in a merriment of fun. This ticketed event will be the highlight of the Festival with a live theatre production and party dedicated to families who will surely enjoy this magical story. Host logo will be featured on colouring books.

Teddy Bear Breakfast($3,000) - SOLDA breakfast for families to enjoy together.  Decorate your pancakes, visit with Santa, experience a magical place and many more fun family activities.

Hospital Appreciation Day ($3,000)A day to be thankful for the hospital service in our community. Please support YOUR Hospital.

Senior's Day ($2,500)Free admission for seniors allows them the opportunity to enjoy the wonders of the Festival.

Christmas Stocking Fireplace ($2,500) - SOLDHelp us build 4 beautiful fireplaces that will hang 100 unique stockings. Here the public will be able to support a patient who would not normally get a gift while in hospital on Christmas Day. Make someone's Christmas special with the gift of giving.

Family Fun at the Festival ($2,500)This fun-filled day includes games, clowns, Santa and enjoyment for the whole family!

Visit with Santa ($2,500) - SOLDSanta visits the Festival each day. He listens to all those special wishes that create that picture perfect moment.

Senior's Day Silver Bell Luncheon ($2,000)Be the host of a very special luncheon that our seniors will be treated to.

Letters to Santa ($2,000)Children can write their special letter to Santa that will be mailed to the North Pole for Santa to read.

Designers Take-A-Bough ($2,000)This event invites designers and decorators to be the first to view the Festival. It includes snacks, entertainment and a special designer's awards ceremony. The sponsor of this event is invited to participate in the awards ceremony.

Gala Evening ($12,000) - SOLDCertainly the highlight of the Festival with a sellout crowd! This glitzy gala event will offer a silent auction, live auction, an exquisite meal and guests will dance into the night with live entertainment.

Gala Midnight Bites ($5,000)After a long night of dancing and refreshments a late night snack is what everyone is after. The midnight snack will have Gala guests lined up, giving everyone energy to keep dancing the night away.

Gala Entertainment ($3,500)Sponsor the entertainment at the highlight event of the Festival. Keep all the guests dancing all through the night.

Gala Champagne ($2,500) - SOLDSponsor the first impression of the Gala evening. Every guest attending starts the night off with a glass of bubbling champagne.

Secret Shop ($3,000)In the Secret Shop, gifts will be priced from $1.00 to $8.00 for little ones who wish to shop for presents for family and friends. No adults allowed and the kids love it!

Mrs. Klaus’ Kitchen ($3,000) - SOLDEnjoy delicious holiday treats from our holiday kitchen. Sip hot apple cider or a calming cup of tea while reminiscing with a friend or loved one.

Miniature Treeland ($3,000)Adorned with nearly 100 trees, decorated by everyone from home based businesses to school children and professionals, this area holds something for everyone! Trees are priced and sold first come, first served.

Teddy Bear Hospital ($3,000) - SOLDChildren of all ages can visit the “Teddy Bear Hospital” and become the healthcare worker who will care for sick bears and learn about healthy living.

Santa's Workshop($3,000) - SOLDVisit the one and only Santa's Workshop. Here kids will get to build their very own birdhouse, toolbox or other special toys.

Sleigh Ride Sponsor($2,500 x 4)Nostalgia! Remember the days of sleigh rides? Here is your chance to partake in one of winter's most traditional activities!

TREE SPONSORSHIP AND BENEFITS

Tree Sponsorship and BenefitsTrees are the foundation of the Festival. Thousands of visitors come to see these magnificent works of art.

There are two great ways to sponsor a tree:

Your Decorated Tree DonationYour pre-lit tree is purchased from the GPRHF and you bring it to Festival fully decorated, or decorate it on site. Call 780-538-7583.

LIVE AUCTION PACKAGES, RAFFLES, CHRISTMAS CREATIONS, FESTIVE TRIMS, GINGERBREADS AND WORKS OF ART

Christmas Creations, Festive Trims, Gingerbreads and Works of Art. Limited only by your imagination. Donations must be a minimum retail value of $200.

Christmas Creations: may be Father Christmas, Angels,Nativity Sets, etc.

Festive Trims: may be any Christmas home décor - wreaths, fireplace swag or table (greenery) centers.
