Double click to open Excel spreadsheet

The spreadsheet will show ALL counties in the US when opened.

Click “Data” header

Select “Filter”

Select the dropdown arrow in column “C” (State)

Filter arrows will appear

- Filter list will pop up - ALL states will be selected

automatically - Click “select all” to

deselect all states- Scroll down and check

box next to “TN”

Only TN counties will be shown
