Apologies to those who have had to wait for your puzzles. Each year we have to design and agree our January Newsletter in the middle of December based on what suppliers tell us they will have available early January and every year there are a few titles which don’t materialise in time, meaning orders are delayed. This year was no different and quite a few of you have had to wait much longer than usual for your puzzles. Hopefully all will be well from now on, as we will only advertise

those puzzles which we have in stock at the time of creating the Newsletter.

It will probably take 3 or 4 Newsletters before they all appear and there are so many that you may not be able to buy all the ones you want at the same time from each Newsletter. Remember, you can order from any Newsletter at any time, it is just worth giving Mark or Juliet a ring first if the puzzle is from more than 3 or 4 months ago to make sure we either have stock or that they can still find one for you.

It is also worth remembering that you can call Mark on 0161 998 3708 to order puzzles over the phone if you have a debit or credit card, saving you the price of a stamp and the cold walk to the Post Box !

It’s great to see the new puzzles as soon as they come out and the articles are very interesting – Jig is often amusing as well as informative. We do try our best to deliver puzzles out as quickly as possible, with our only real issue being at the start of the year, when manufacturers release their new puzzles and are occasionally late delivering them into us.
