You know you want it. Tactile, soft, impressionable. Letterpress! All stationery is printed by hand on the

finest of papers. Dingbat Press generally likes to use Crane’s Lettra, Savoy or Arturo Italian mouldmade

paper. Most DP product is printed on 110# paper unless otherwise noted. Envelopes are all at least 30%

PCW.

All designs are letterpress printed on our Vandercook SP-15 press. Due to the handmade nature of

letterpress printing, slight variations in ink coverage and registration are possible and are part of the charm

of this printing process.

::::::: product, packaging & handling :::::::::::::::::::::

The quality of our printed items is very important to us. Each piece is inspected before it leaves the studio.

However, please note that due to the nature of hand printing and the antique letterpress we print with,

there will be slight variations between pieces which may include ink coloration, ink saturation, impression,

and/or slight registration differences between individual cards. Rest assured we won’t send out flawed

product despite these slight variables. All our inks are hand mixed using the Pantone formulas for accuracy,

however this catalog may show slight differences when digitally viewed on your monitor.

All product is packed in either clear bags (singles), open top boxes (boxed notes) or ribbon belly bands

(mini-notes & recipe cards, journals or unique sized items). Product will have appropriate Dingbat Press

branding applied to packaging. All cards must be sold as packaged. Boxed sets MAY NOT be split up.

To open a wholesale account you must be a brick-and-mortar shop or online store with appropriate

government registration (re-sellers certificate, Tax ID Number/EIN, and/or DBA Certificate). We do not

offer wholesale pricing to private individuals or individuals wishing to sell product individually at expos, small

home boutiques, or other small booth trade shows.

Opening order minimum is $125. Re-order minimum is $75. Orders under the minimum (re-orders only) are

subject to a $15 under-minimum fee or 10% of invoice, whichever is greater.

When you are ready to order we require payment 100% up front for all new accounts. You may either email

to [email protected] or order online at http://wholesale.dingbatpress.com. We can accept all

major CCs (Visa, MC, AmEx, and Discover) or can bill you via PayPal if you’d prefer. Upon payment clearing,

your order will be picked and shipped if in stock or printed/shipped within a reasonable time frame (see

below).

Orders ship pre-pay by check or credit card. Returned checks subject to $20 fee. At this time Dingbat Press

does not offer credit.

At this time we do not offer lines of credit for wholesale accounts.

::::::: order fulfillment :::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Due to the nature of the hand-printed letterpress process and that product is often printed upon placement

of PO, orders are generally fulfilled with in a 2-4 week time frame. If you need your order expedited please

contact us with your time frame needs and we’ll try to accommodate you. Albums ship in a 3-5 week

timeframe unless otherwise noted.

::::::: shipping :::::::::::::::::::::::::::

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS within the continental US. Under $200: +$15, $200-$400:

+$25, $400+ : +$45. International shipping charges will be assessed by the weight of your order. Shipping

notifications will be sent via email.

All orders will be shipped in sturdy boxes with ample packing so product is protected. PO/Invoice will be

sent via email for online/email available accounts, or via postal if we don’t have an email on file for you.

::::::: returns :::::::::::::::::::::::::::

We cannot accept returns unless the merchandise is defective. Claims must be made within 5 business days

of receipt of goods. Orders cancelled five days or more after placement will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Packages must be shipped back via a carrier with tracking number associated with return. All returns must be

accompanied by original packing slip or invoice with returned items highlighted.

Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the carrier as well as Dingbat Press. Please save the

package for return and inspection for insurance purposes by the carrier.
