The table below is an overview of logistical inclusions:

Inclusions for Bistro Boxes Furniture SETUP: No furniture will be provided

F&B SETUP: Boxes will be distributed from an allocated station

Crockery & Glassware

Bistro box contents vary – please refer to menu for a list of inclusions. All bistro boxes (with the exception of VIP bistro box) are served in paper boxes and provided with disposable cutlery.

VIP Bistro boxes are provided in a compartmentalised Japanese Style plastic box.

Linen Paper napkins will be provided for each guest within the disposable cutlery pouch.

Floral Fresh floral options can be arranged at an additional charge, for orders see [OF-023 Floral Order Form].

Room Rental Bistro box distribution stations should be located within or directly outside of the existing contracted area. No additional space will be provided on a complimentary basis.

Service Time Breakfast: 0730hrs – 0930hrs | AM Coffee Tea Break: 1000hrs – 1130hrs | Lunch: 1230hrs – 1430hrs PM Coffee Tea Break: 1430hrs – 1600hrs | Dinner: From 1900hrs

Menu Tasting Menu tasting can be arranged on a chargeable basis at the prevailing menu price per person. Each menu tasting is subject to a minimum of 10 boxes, per menu.

Beverage A complimentary drink is included in each bistro box. Additional beverages can be purchased via [OF-004 F&B – Beverage – Order Form].

VIP Services Not applicable for this service.

Floor plans will be provided by your Experience Manager.

Event organisers should take note of the minimum area required for each bistro box distribution station, as per the indicated measurements.

Each bistro box distribution station serves up to 100 boxes, per menu.
