Estt (A) dt. 14.09.92 f rom DOP&T circulated vide this office memo no. 25-1 9/ 88-SPG dated 13.10.92 is pending against him, he should not be relieved for posting wi t hout obtai ning specific orders from this office. The officer against whom any punishment is current should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punis hment. A repo rt in this regard should be submitted immediately.

3. FIXATION OF PAY: The officer who wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation of pay

under FR-22(I)(a)(1) should do so within one month from the date of assumption of charge.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS:­(i ) No re-allot ment requests will be considered within a period of one year.

Leave taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one-year period for considerin g req uests for reallotments.

(ii) Appointment is conditional to the officer's placement in the designated Circles.

(iii) It is the officer' s responsibility to send a copy of the charge report on assumption of charge on the promoted post to SO(SPG), Postal Directorate for record purpose.

(iv) If t here are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaint , representat ions, if any, should be made within 15 days from the date of issue of t his order .

(v) Off icers should be re lieved within 15 days from th e date of Directorate's order cited i n para 1. In case, posting order from the allotted Circles / Regions are not received, t he Region where they are stationed now can rel ieve the promoted off icer and ask to report to the allotted Circle / Regio nal Headquarter.

(vi ) In case, an off icer is not wi lling to accept his promotion, his declination letter in wri ti ng should be received in Directorate within 30 days f rom the date of Directorate' s order cited in para 1, failing which, it will be presu med that he has declined the promot ion.

5. VIGILANCE 1 DISCIPLINARY CASE. IF ANY:

In case any vig.ldisc. case, of the typ referred to in O.M. No. 2201 1/2/86­Estt (A) dated 12.01.88 f rom DOP&T circulated vide this office memo no. 25-19/88­SPG dated 04.05.88 (subsequently) revised vide DOP&T memo No. 22011/4/91-Est t (A) dated 14.09.92 ci rculated vide this office memo no. 25-19/88-SPG dated 13.10. 92 is pending against the officials, t hey should not be relieved fo r posting without obtaining specif ic orders from this office. The off icial against whom any punishment is current except censure and recovery of money, they should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punishment. A report in this regard be submitted immediately.

6. PROBATION PERIOD :

The officials who have been promoted to the Postal Service Group 'B' will be on probat ion for two years and then their suitability to hold this post will be adj udged on comp letion of two years of probation. If any official proceeds on leave for a period exceeding 30 days during this period, th e probation period will be extended depending upon t he period of leave.

7. TRAINING :

The official will be directly promoted to Postal Service Group 'B' wi t hout any t raining for the present . However they will have to undergo the prescribed training as and when notified by Director, RAKNPA, Ghaziabad. A copy of the cert i ficate given by Director, RAKNPA, Ghaziabad on successful completion of training should be forw arded to Director (Staff) fo r record.

8. OPTION FOR FIXATION OF PAY:

If t he officer who wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation of pay under FR-22(I)(a)(1) should do so wit hin one month from the date of assumption of charge on promotion.
