Roth Family Trust The Roth Family Trust property is located 1.5
miles west of Stonington, Il on
County Highway 4 (Road 2000N) in sections
20&21 of Stonington Township.
200 +/- total acres offered in 2 separate tracts.
The house and buildings totaling 5 acres, and
acreage south of the house along road 1700E
are not part of this sale.
CRP 18.45 acres in CRP. 5.93 acres of drainage
ditches. CRP acres expire at end of 2016.
Buyers will receive 2016 CRP payment.
Soil Types & Yield Information Primary soil types are Osco, Ipava, and Rad-
ford. Average PI for the entire farm is 135.4.
The APH for this farm up through 2013 was
165 bu/ac for corn and 51 bu/ac for soybeans.
The farm has been in soybeans the last 2
years with an average yield of 63 bu/ac.
Title Insurance
The seller shall provide a title insurance
policy in the amount of the purchase
price for the farm.
A preliminary title commitment will be
furnished for review by the buyer(s).
Seller will pay the 2015 real estate taxes due
in 2016.
FSA Information Farm base acres are 191.5 for corn
and 112.4 for soybeans.
The approximate CC yields for corn are
140.0 bu/acre and 37.0 bu/acre for soybeans.
The farm is currently enrolled in the
ARC-CO USDA farm program.
Terms and Conditions The buyer(s) will be asked to sign a written contract to purchase the
Roth Family Trust farm. A 10% down payment is required upon sign-
ing the purchase contract. The balance will be due at closing. Closing
date will be 30 days from signing the purchase agreement or as mutu-
ally agreed upon between the buyer and seller. Any existing mineral
rights will be conveyed to the buyer(s) at closing. Buyer will be given
possession at closing. Although the information contained in this
