FARM BILL EDUCATION MEETINGS The Ag Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs are important business tools for commodity crop producers. Education meetings have been scheduled to help you learn about changes to these programs under the 2018 Farm Bill and other factors that may play a role in your decision process as you prepare to enroll at your Farm Service Agency office.
