Q.1 How to Pay Levy?

� For Levy Payment FY 2018-19

Our Website www.presscouncil.nic.in> Go Home Page> Click Levy> Click here check dues and make

payment. Read all Allahabad Bank instructions.> then click Pay your Levy> Pay for FY 2018-19> then

put Payment ID which is PCIXXXXX (where XXXXX is Old Reg. No.)> Pay fee through (Debit card,

credit card, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS, Cash challan)

Q.2 How to get No dues Certificate?

� For apply No Dues Certificate-

Our Website www.presscouncil.nic.in> Go Home Page> Click Levy> Click here check dues and make

payment. Read all Allahabad Bank instructions.> Click Apply NDC> Fill the form> Pay Rs. 50/- GST

charges> E-challan and Reference Number generate.

� Then mail both Payment & NDC E-challan on pcibpplevy@gmaill.com.

Q.3 When No Dues Certificate shall be generated?

� After a week when you mail both E-challan, then you get No due Certificate by Mail or Online

also.

� To get Online NDC- Our Website www.presscouncil.nic.in> Go Home Page> Click Levy> Click here

check dues and make payment. Read all Allahabad Bank instructions.> Click Apply NDC> Click

Generate NDC> put Reference Number generate (which is 24 digit).

Q.4 Can payment be made through DD/Cash?

� NO DD/Cash shall be accepted. Payment only through Online.
