THE WESTMINSTER FAMILY

The Westminster collection offers four different luminaire sizes to accommodate various applications.

WE series

SOURCES

Offered with pulse start Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium (HID) lamps and with LED lighting systems that have excellent cold weather starting and operating characteristics.

Compact fluorescent and incandescent versions are also available upon request.

VOLTAGES

The Westminster collection is available in 120V, 208V, 240V, 277V and 347V.

OPTICS/ TYPES

Reflector optics available with type I to type V IES standard conform to “Dark-Sky” conditions.

Refractor optics available with type III and type V IES standard distributions.

PHOTOMETRICS

The majority of the optical systems have been photometered for the distributions described above.

ARM STYLES

LUMINAIRE COMPONENTS

• Cast aluminum top cover and finial.

• One piece cast aluminum body with softly contoured risers.

• Heat dissipating cast aluminum ballast housing and cover.

• Borosilicate glass refractor for type III or type V distributions.

• Hinge mechanism and stopper for fast and easy access to lamp and ballast.

• Medium or mogul base pulse rated glazed porcelain lampholder.

• Versions with reflector optics installed in the top produce illumination that conforms to “Dark-Sky” conditions since nearly all the light is directed below the horizontal plane.

• IP66 rated ballast compartment and optics.

WARRANTIES

• Lifetime warranty on cast aluminum parts.

• 5 year warranty against paint peeling.

•5 year warranty on LED lighting system.

• Replacement parts available for a minimum of 20 years.

GLASS PANELS

Tempered beveled glass or UV treated acrylic and polycarbonate window panels are available. All are mechanically attached to the body and contour gasketed to prevent insect and water penetration.

Polycarbonate panels are preferred for vandal prone areas where high impact resistance is desirable.

Snoc offers several glass panel options, such as:

Clear polycarbonate or acrylic

FINISHES

Snoc provides some of the toughest powder coated finishes in the industry and extends a 5 year warranty against peeling.

Antique and metallic finishes are reinforced with a coat of specially formulated UV treated outdoor lacquer to prevent fading. Snoc can also match any RAL# for customized finishes.

Snoc offers over 10 different finish options, such as:

MAINTENANCE

The Westminster collection is designed to facilitate field maintenance. The top hat swings open on a single hinge and leaves both hands free for relamping and cleaning.

The ballast assembly is mounted on a single tray equipped with “quick connectors” and can be connected or disconnected in one motion.The ballast can easily be replaced or repaired outside the luminaire.
