Dear Family,
As you read this we are celebrating the 3rd Sunday of Ad-vent, and just a little over a week it will be Christmas. This year our preparation time is moving particularly fast to say the least. Let us continue to prepare well spiritually 1st of all above all else. Please make it a priority for you and your family.
We are certainly making your spiritual life a priority by adding two dates this next week for an opportunity to go to confession. Confession is an amazing sacrament that both forgives our sins (clearing out all obstacles to God’s grace) and preparing us for the great solemnity of Christmas.
The dates and times are as follows: Tuesday, December 18th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Corpus Christi Parish Saturday, December 22nd from 9:30am to 11:00am at St. Philip Parish In addition to these times, we also have our normal times on Saturday evening before Masses at both parishes. We hope to see you there. Prepare well, because our Lord Je-sus has something special for each of you this Christmas.
In the Heart of Christ, Fr. Dusty Burns
