FALL EMT-BASIC ORIGINAL & REFRESHER COURSE
AT ALBANY COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT @ 58 VERDA AVE. CLARKSVILLE, NY
Ø There will be a challenge exam for refresher students on September 5th, 2013 Refresher students
should be prepared to take a written and a practical skills exam.
Ø COSTS: No tuition will be charged to students affiliated with a NYS certified pre-hospital agency (Pre-Approval Required). Non-affiliated original student tuition is $700 and non-affiliated refresher student tuition is $335 - tuition must be paid in full by first class session.
§ ALL students will be assessed a textbook, REMO student ID, and Student Registration fee of $200.00 (this non-refundable fee must be paid to reserve a seat in class). Agency Vouchers accepted

Ø CO-REQUISITES: ORIGINAL CANDIDATES -PRE-REGISTRATION, CPR, ICS 100, NIMS 700, HAZMAT Awareness
RECERTIFICATION CANDIDATES must have previously been certified as EMT-B or higher
AHA CPR BLS Provider, ICS 100, NIMS 700, HAZMAT Awareness
Twenty-five (25) students are required to hold this course. REMO retains the right of cancellation if less than 25 students
