Payment is due at the time of bookings. All bookings will be dealt with on a fi rst come fi rst served basis up to the maximum number for each activity.

Customer Statement:All coaches are Disclosure checked.Parents must be responsible for the safe arrival and collection of their children.Please ensure your child brings any medication they need and inform the coordinator.Photographs may be taken for promotional activities – if you have any objections to this then please inform us during the booking process.

Cancellation policy:

If an activity is cancelled for any reason, where possible, an alternative will be offered. If there is no suitable alternative then a full refund will be given.

Customer Cancellation procedure:

If cancelled within 48hrs – no refundIf cancelled within 5 working days – 50% refundIf cancelled over 5 working days – full refund
