I am so excited to be in the final stretch for this Seminar year! Seminar registration has begun and I hope you will choose to join us. It will be an amazing time, and we will all learn so much. Being at Seminar will help you grow so much in your career. Even if you choose not to join us, I encourage you to do your own seminar at home. Watch some of our great Power Class videos. Memorize a new script and call all of your customers and tell them you’d like to offer them the opportunity to try our new concealers or Tone Correcting Serum--choose your own challenge. Any efforts you make will grow your business and improve your skills. If you’re choosing to join us at Seminar, now is the time to do these same things since you’ll come back ON FIRE and already have the momentum going!!

I am so excited to celebrate Mary Kay’s birthday this month! How will you choose to honor her memory? Will you choose to sell a certain number of the new Rose Gold Compacts to honor her? Will you choose to book 20 clas-ses? Hold 20 interviews? Call that person in your office/ class/ kid’s carpool you’re a bit intimidated by and ask her to hostess a class? Get 3 new contacts every single day? I’m sure whatever you choose will be an awesome decision, and I can’t wait to hear all about it.

In this final stretch of our Seminar year, I hope you will be out sharing the opportunity with others. Mary Kay’s story is the same today as it was then. So many women are still not being offered the opportunities they deserve. Who do you know that has been skipped over for a promo-tion? Wants to be at home with their kids? Needs to make more money, have more time, or wants to be their own boss? There are so many reasons to share, and usually I find the only reason I can come up with that I don’t share is my own insecurity or fear. Let’s be brave this month, race for red, and team up for women everywhere!
