He has been in the comprehensive financial consulting ranging Personal Wealth,

corporate Advisory and boutique Financial House business for total of 17 good years,

has been working for one of the Fortune 100 companies; has been through incredible

courses. Prior to this he was an Accountant by practice and had served various financial

divisions with Shell Group, UMW Group as well as Sime Darby Group.

In the past 10 years with Public Mutual Berhad, he demonstrated Strong Sales

achievements; develop many qualities apprentices as Group builder, key leadership

abilities, strong business acumen as well as effective trainings method. His notable

achievements are Million Ringgit Producer since 2006 – to date.

To date, Faisal has conducted other various soft skill trainings in Sales, Motivation,

Entrepreneurship, Personal Finance Communication, Leadership as well as

Teambuilding. He is also a regular trainer(18 series of 4 days per series) under

KHAZANAH NASIONAL program called GEMS under Business Appreciation

Module, and a speaker for PUBLIC MUTUAL Bhd on Sales and Motivation program.

A strong believer in “Inspiring Positive Souls” principle, his experiences in

entrepreneurship has contributed a lot to his training prowess, and also his expertise in

applying the Emotional Intelligence (EI) to a great extent.

Faisal Malik

A principal of Faisal Malik & Co [Chartered Accountant], and

founder of Capital Wealth Consult (cWc) is an Accountant

by Profession. Awarded as a qualified Chartered Accountant

C.A.(M) by Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA), a

ASEAN Professional Chartered Accountant (ACPA). He is

also a qualified Certified Financial Planner(CFP) a highly

recognize US Based Financial Planning Association. He is

also a certified trainer awarded by PSMB, DASCUM

Facilitator and a DPIN(Daftar Pakar Industri Negara

recognized by Ministry of Human Resource.

In 2006, Fatkurradzi joined the unit trust industry as a Mutual Fund Agent in Public

Mutual Berhad. He was promoted to Mutual Fund Agency Supervisor in 2007 and to

Mutual Fund Agency Manager in 2009. Among his notable achievements are Million

Ringgit Producer (2008), Top 10 Personal Sales Klang Branch (Jan 2008),

Qualifier for Beijing (2010), Hangzhou (2008) and Vietnam (2007) Trip, Qualifier

for National Sales Convention (2010, 2008 & 2007), Qualifier for Annual Award

Night (2010, 2009 & 2007) and Top 5 Group Supervisor Sales for Klang Branch

(May 2009, Jan 2009 and Oct 2008).

In 2009, he diversified his career further as Management Consultant for “IRDA Public

Housing Project (Soft Aspects)” in Johor. His training career dated back in 1994 where

he conducted the Islamic Banking Accounting Treatment Training for accounts

officers from all branches in Kewangan Bersatu Berhad. Since 2008, he conducted

trainings for down lines in his group in Public Mutual in Mindsetting, Sales, Customer

Service and Financial Planning. He was appointed as Chief Trainer for the module of

Integration (1Malaysia) at Kem PLKN Tasik Chini (Siri 1, Kumpulan 7, 2010). To date,

Fatkurradzi has conducted other various soft skill trainings in Communication,

Leadership & Managerial Skills, Strategic Planning, Problem Solving & Decision

Making, Entrepreneurship, Finance/Accounting and Procurement, Among his

clients are INPENS International College, Kolej Komuniti Kuching, Open University of

A firm believer in “Leadership by Example” principle, Fatkurradzi believed that his

experiences in entrepreneurship has contributed a lot to his training prowess, and also his

expertise in applying the Emotional Intelligence (EI) to a great extent.

FATKURRADZI JAMIL holds an Honours Degree in

Accounting from the University of Derby, UK and Diploma in

Accountancy from UiTM Shah Alam. Currently he runs his own

Training and Consultancy business and Unit Trust Agency (as

Mutual Fund Agency Manager) in Public Mutual Berhad. He is

also a Professional Member of Federation of Investment

Managers Malaysia (FIMM).

He started his career in 1994 with Kewangan Bersatu Berhad

where he pioneered the Islamic Banking Accounting System. He

also orchestrated the Bad Debts Clean-up Taskforce in TM Net

Sdn Bhd (2003) where the % of Provision For Bad Debts over Net

Sales was reduced to a single digit 2 months ahead of schedule.

ABD AZIZ MOHD NOR holds a Degree in

Mathematics and Computer Science from the Macalester

College, USA and Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

from International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is

currently doing his PhD in Islamic Finance at International

Center for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF), Malaysia.

He started his career in 1987 with Sapura Holdings. Following

that, at AIT Systems (now Patimas Computers) he specializes

in the marketing and implementation of the back-room stock

broking clearing systems.

At Time Engineering Berhad, he set up the IT department and was among the pioneer in

smartcard technology in Malaysia.

During his time in PETRONAS, he implemented the nationwide electronic payment

system for PETRONAS stations. He was also the Balanced Scorecard implementer and

managed to revamp Petronas Dagangan Berhad’s (PDB) performance management

system. He leads a team of consultants in various major business transformation

programs for PDB including inventory optimization, e-business strategy and formation of

the customer care services.

In 2006, Abd Aziz joined Pernec Corporation Berhad and implemented several large

financial systems at Permodalan Nasional Berhad and core banking systems at a foreign

Islamic Bank. During his stint with the largest outsourcing multinational in the world,

EDS, he was the head of program management for the outsourcing services for CIMB

Bank Berhad which was worth more than RM700 million for 10 years. He managed the

operations transformation program for CIMB.He was also a certified leadership trainer

for EDS.

During his stint at AmBank Berhad in 2012, he managed a build, operate and transfer

(BOT) program for the new core banking system. He leads the transformation team and

managed the creation of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for business excellence for the

new core banking system.

He is a sought after speaker for outsourcing and Islamic Finance. He also specializes in

business valuation area where he has performed training to various government agencies.

Profile – ZAINAB AYUB Zainab is coach, mentor and trainer with more than 20 years experienced in the area of investment management , financial planning and sales .She has been in the comprehensive financial consulting for a total of 13 good years. As a licensed financial planner, she provides full financial services to her clients. During her attachment with Prudential , she has been personally trained by some of the most sought after speakers cum motivations world trainers, which has mould her into a dynamic person. Her personal experiences combining with what she has learned from her mentors, and through her research study has contributed a lot to her training abilities. She has been demonstrated strong sales achievements, among her notable achievements are multiple Star Club Qualifier, Pru Centurian , Pru Wealth Planner and incentives trips. Zainab also actively involves in providing training for the agents in her team/agency in the area of personal development, soft skills motivation sales and product knowledge. That is when she realized, she is more interested in people than in products. Her passions to develop people leads her to embark into training and motivations fields .For the past 5 years, she has conducted various soft skills training in sales, motivation, personal grooming and business finance as well as team building for corporate clients. She is also a regular trainer for Graduates Personal Development Programme called “ 3P’s “, which is a solid 2 days training program focusing on the area of soft skills and motivations under Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia.

Mohd Noor Bin Zakaria

Merupakan graduan “Sarjana muda Komunikasi” Universiti Utara Malaysia. Pada tahun

2005, beliau telah menyertai Public Mutual Bhd sebagai “Perunding Amanah Saham”.

Beliau telah mencapai “Million Ringgit Producer” sejak tahun 2006 hingga sekarang. Di

Public Mutual beliau telah memenangi beberapa anugerah tahunan bagi cawagan Kuala

Terengganu iaitu 2006 2nd Runner Up UTC, 2008 1st Runner Up Agency Manager, 2009

Champion Agency Manager, 2010 1st Runner Up Agency Manager.

Ogos 2013, beliau telah mencapai ranking tertinggi sebagai Group Agency Manager.

“Just Do it” adalah prinsip yang dipegang teguh bagi mencapai setiap kejayaan. Sekarang

beliau merupakan speaker Public Mutual bagi kawasan Pantai Timur. Pengalaman dalam

bidang “Marketing & sales”, Kepimpinan, Komunikasi yang beliau miliki telah dikongsi

dan memberi inpirasi kepada semua yang telah menyertai kursus beliau.

Beliau juga merupakan fasilitator dalam bidang “soft skills” dan terlibat didalam program

Teambuildig Yapeim untuk 5 siri seluruh Negara.

Then, he move further to Policy, Planning and International Affairs Division as Assistant

Secretary. In 2010, he managed to be one of the recipients for ' Anugerah Khidmat

Cemerlang 2010'. Due to the core business of Policy, Planning and International Affairs

Division, he has developed and honed his skills to be a trainer and speaker. He

experienced to be a speaker or presenter for Tour Agent/Tourist Police Courses, Briefing

on Malaysia Tourism Transformation Plan (for States) and many more courses.

In 2011, with a passion in financial planning and high entrepreneurship spirit, he has quit

his service in Public Sector and join the financial industry. Being in such industry gives

him abundance of experiences in sales, marketing, training and leading team. Managing

his team with the principle of 'Its All About Your Mind', he always believed that

everything can be achieved with 'desire' and 'will' to sacrifice and work with the right

system.
