FITNESS ORIENTATIONEach new Member is invited to a complimentary one-on-one orientation with one of our personal trainers to make sure you’re comfortable using the facility and starting or continuing an exercise program.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

A.O.A- Active Older Adults

This fun, energetic workout is designed for active older adults, including a warm-up and cardiovascular workout. Weights and bands may be used also.

AquaFit (Seasonal)

Aqua Fit helps condition and tone your heart, body, mind and spirit with fun and fluid exercises that target muscles for endurance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and balance. This class uses water resistance techniques and a variety of equipment to allow participants to get a rejuvenating, invigorating and effective workout. Swimming skills are not necessary

Barre (Fee) Barre class is inspired by ballet, yoga, pilates and resistance bands to achieve an intense lower body and core workout.

Cardio Muscle This class is an early morning workout that offers a combination of strength and cardio, complemented by abdominal exercises to get the blood pumping.

Circuit Training An intense, one-hour, full body workout, incorporating light weights, cardio, resistance bands and other exercise modalities to tone and tighten, as well as promote cardiovascular health.

Gentle Yoga This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. It’s the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

Hip-Hop Yoga

Hip-Hop Yoga combines the physical yoga practice with hip-hop and upbeat music. This class is faster paced and tends to be a bit more aerobic in nature.

Piyo Piyo is a mat Pilates format that focuses on core strength through a series of floor exercises. A gentle and small amount of yoga is incorporated. This class is good for anyone!

Indoor Cycle Our 1-hr indoor cycle class incorporates intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance.

Strength & Sculpt Tighten, tone and sculpt your body with free weights and body weight exercises at your own level.

Total Body Blast Our Total Body Blast is a class targeted toward cardio, strength and core resulting in a total body workout.

TRX & RIP trainer (Fee)

This ultimate core strengthening class is perfect for improving your golf or tennis game!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that coordinates movement with breath. Focus is on balance, alignment and core strength.

Zumba This Latin-inspired dance fitness program that is high energy and lots of fun!
