Overview :This fun task will help your class participants to understand the difference between a boss and an effective leader. Eventually the students will self realize the qualities that they possess and the ones they are yet to acquire/pick up.

Time: 25 minutes

Tools/Items required: Board or flipchart

Set up: 1. Either let them work as individuals as it is the 1st task or split the class into equal groups of 4 to 6 persons per group. 2. The faculty needs to first just click only once on slide 2 so that only the question is seen and NOT the image with the differences.

3. After giving them 5 minutes to jot down their points, choose the first participant to write down a difference on the board/flipchart.

4. After he/she writes then ask him/her to choose the next person. (Please choose one per group if conducting as a group activity so that each team gets a chance).
