With this technology, the digitalisation is already happening on the paper. Every handwritten document is stored in your pen and will be transfered to your compu-ter. That means that it is possible to send your documents forward, even when you write it down on a piece of paper. What do you and your employees need for using this pen? It is simple: nothing ex-cept the pen and a piece of paper, which is deposited with a special grid.

The grid for the detection can be printed on standard paper even when you print your own created form, such as e.g. main-tenance form, application protocol, etc. Your usual work flow is not interrupted, but reduced by a multiple.

Following the precise integration of the pen in our system our customers / pros-pects can see how it works and what ad-vantages the usage of the pen brings with it for the daily work.If you use the penSolution pen related to our software, you will save time as well as money.

Since we got to know the penSolution pen we have been fans from how it works and the easy-handling. So we integrated the pen also in our daily business at Multidata Software.

Multidata itself utilises penSolution, after implementing it into MD-Premium.NET, for the operating reports of the field staff; i.e. a predefined operating report form will be taken to the customer call and will become filled in on site. As soon as the report is ready the pen sends the infor-mation automatically into the ERP-system MD-Premium.NET, therefore further pro-cessing such as scheduling, programming, invoicing, etc. can start immediately.
