The PolyJet-TG-2-FJ achieves a high interlacing performance, and its designis reduced to the essentials. Maximum functionality, durability, and robustdesign ensure consistent results. The jet is especially recommended for theinterlacing of technical multifilament yarns made of polyester, polyamide,and polypropylene in all spin-draw processes.

Air interlacingIn air interlacing, an air blast is used to physically intermingle in-dividual or multiple yarns with each other. The resulting inter-mingled knots provide the required yarn compactness. This al-lows higher processing speeds, resulting in improved packagebuild and a reduced number of filament and yarn breaks duringsubsequent processes.
