The PolyJet-SP-2-FJ enables optimum interlacing performance and is versat-ile thanks to the well-established PolyJet holder. Replacing the jet packsmakes it easy to meet a wide range of yarn quality requirements. The yarnguides can be combined to meet virtually all customer requirements. ThePolyJet-SP-2-FJ is ideal for cost-optimised pre-interlacing or interlacing POYyarns.

Air interlacingIn air interlacing, an air blast is used to mechanically intermingleindividual yarn filaments together. The resulting interlacing knotsprovide the required yarn compactness. This allows higher pro-cessing speeds, resulting in improved package build and a re-duced number of filament and yarn breaks during subsequentprocesses.
