Medical and Healthcare Offers in India

All International Visa Cardholders can avail of the following offers at select partner

hospitals in India. Please find enclosed the offer details along with applicable terms

and conditions.

Visa Terms and Conditions for the Program

1. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No

warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly

with Merchant to confirm availability and validity of the Offer.

2. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this

offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees

that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer

shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is

not, nor will become, a party thereto.

3. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer,

the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

a. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation

to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any

goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by

the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall

not make any Claim against Visa.

b. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by

law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses

or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death,

false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with

the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services

provided under the offer.

Offer1 - Flat 10% off on Out-patient (OPD) billing

Offer2 - Flat 15% off on In-patient (IPD) billing Offer Validity:

Process Flow:

The customer will have to inform the billing desk of the Offer and show & pay using

his/her Visa Card to avail the benefit.

Merchant Terms and Conditions:

1. Customer using any CGHS, ECHS, government scheme or corporate schemes

currently running with the hospital cannot avail the offer.

2. Customer using a Visa card to make payments can only avail the offer.

3. Customer must be aware of the offer, and inform the billing desk of the Offer and

pay using his/her Visa Card to avail the benefit.

1. Visa Cardholders shall visit http://www.vaidam.com/visa

2. The Cardholder will leave an enquiry on the Vaidam portal specifically

available for Visa Cardholders.

3. Vaidam will assign a case manager who will assist cardholder with the

choice of the doctor/ hospital, accommodation, medical Visa, etc.

4. Cardholder will be offered applicable discount in the hospital chosen by

the patient through Vaidam services.

5. The customer will have to pay using his/her Visa card at the hospital’s billing

desk to avail the benefit.

Merchant Terms and Conditions:

Hospitals

1. This offer is applicable at all Hospitals that form part of the Vaidam

Network (list attached)

2. No other offer can be clubbed with this offer.

3. The customer will have to first submit an enquiry on the Vaidam portal

http://www.vaidam.com/visa specifically available for Visa Cardholders

4. The customer will have to share his identification details (Passport details)

with the Vaidam team to receive the benefits for International Patients.

5. The discount will be applicable at the time of final billing and payment has

to be made to the Hospital using a valid Visa Card
