Microsoft Office Application training is very
popular with private companies and
Government institutions. I have been very
much involved in this type of training for
some time. There is also a very niche
specialized training I was involved with at
Gijima which is called The Isis Project. It is
petroleum training and staff development
software integration solutions for Total SA
petrol filing stations.
TOTAL SA 2009
Isis Deployment Training: Johannesburg
More importantly training goes beyond age
and colour barriers, I also specialize with
PC literacy for adult learners at ABET level.
The Dept. of Health has been spear-
heading this process in 2010.

Assignments and Adhoc Contracts
I work on assignments and contracts that range from a minimum period of 1
month to 3 months and the longest would be 1 year. There is a benefit for you
i.e. I bring experience and skill in your enterprise to give you results and
outcomes you desire. The benefit goes further; you enjoy huge cost saving in
relation to paying employee benefits and other equity schemes like retirement
plans etc. As a provisional tax payer I only invoice what you owe me.
Win-Win Situation:
The business of training is a very special thing for delegates because it is where
things happen for me. I consider it a talent more than just a job/assignment. My
passion for training and skills transfer cannot be traded for anything at this
point in time. It is something I enjoy doing more than repairing of fixing
computers. Therefore, commitment to my client is 100% undivided, that is why
my terms on assignment and contracts of engagement should be clearly defined
and written on paper. This way it takes away any element of surprises and
distrust every time issues of payment and delivery of training is addressed.
Good Investment Decision (ROI)
Training qualification cannot replace practical experience it is similar to the
experience one possesses to drive a horse-and-trailer truck. Having a license
does not prove you’re experienced until you have gone through many rigorous
trials and paces to prove your worth. A license is a confirmation and proof that
you have the knowledge to be trusted with the vehicle. It does not replace the
journeys you travel to handle the storm and the bad weather. My training and
experience dates back to the gothic era before the introduction and
implementation of the “Skills Development Act”. Supervisory and Diversity
training interventions where mostly required by companies, as “water is to
desert travellers”. To resolve hostile, shop-floor and productivity management
issues, work ethic, pilferage, black employee attitudes and discrimination in the
workplace. It was hard-core sensitive interventions that dealt with corporate
management leadership challenges. I was fortunate to have two dynamic
mentors, Mr Chris Coetzee and Ms Lynn Cloete, who taught me the raw side of
this training business and what commitment is all about. I have matured like a
good wine, I’m not perfect but I deliver it with passion in all respects. Would I
not be counted as an asset in the realm of a roller coaster ride of human capital
challenge? So! hire me and experience a good return on your investment.
